Olive Oil will be obtained from the plant Olea europaea L. (Oleaceae) or oil tree, olive tree. His origin will be assumed in the eastern areas of the Mediterranean area.
It should be sure, that the oil tree has been used as useful plant already around 3000 BC in Syria, Palestine and Crete.

Olive Oil will be obtained out of the ripe stone fruits from the plant Olea europaea L. By cold pressing or other useful methods, as well as under special temperature conditions, which are not harm the oil, edible oil will be obtained. Out of this oil further qualities will be produced.
